Originally built as a private residence in 1853, the historic American River Inn is an elegant and welcoming Bed and Breakfast offering old-fashioned hospitality in a charming setting!  The thirteen thousand plus square foot home, with its elegant Country Victorian Guest Rooms and Suites, creates a sense of nostalgia and serenity for our guests.  If it’s time for a family outing, catered Special Event, or just a romantic getaway for two, it’s time to check-in to the American River Inn!

Each morning of your stay, our gracious Innkeepers will treat you to a country style breakfast to start your day off right. We also offer a variety of vegitarian and vegan options, so please let us know of any dietary needs or food sensitivities on arrival.
